Dear COSTers and Conference participants,

the Local Organizing Committee welcomes you to the first conference of the  CA 17140 to be held on 15 – 17 October, in Bellevue Park Hotel Riga, Slokas iela 1, Riga.

Please carefully read the important information reported below:

1.      Conference registration

Participant registration next to the conference hall “’Parīze I” will take place:

on 14 October,   16.00 – 18.00

on 15 October,    7.30 –   9.00

on 16 October     8.00 –   9.00

on 17 October     8.00 –  9.00

2.      Organization of lunch for the conference participants

a)      For the short lunch break (1 hour)  participants are welcome to pre-purchase lunch tickets  by the hotel employee next to the conference hall from 8.00 until 10.00 each morning. Four meal options will be offered each day.

Please nota that the hotel accepts CASH ONLY.

b)      Those participants who prefer not to pre-purchase lunch tickets are welcome to have their lunch on their own in the hotel restaurant; however, they should take into consideration that in this case the lunch will take around 1.5 hours.

3.      Preferred poster size is 60 cm x 85 cm
